Arkham alerts for free users

Arkham alerts notify you by email or Telegram when blockchain transactions match your chosen filters. Free accounts include limited alerts, while Enterprise provides higher alert limits on the same platform.

Updated:
Free alert controls
Free users can filter alerts by entity or address, sending or receiving entity, token, token amount, USD value, and chain. Filtering and sorting transaction tables require Enterprise.
Notification allowance
Limited email and Telegram alerts for free accounts; higher alert limits with Enterprise. Arkham’s Enterprise FAQ does not specify numerical allowances.
Enterprise trial
14 days. When the trial ends, alerts pause without deletion, and work created during the trial stays locked until upgrade.

Choosing between free alerts and Enterprise

Free access can meet monitoring needs within its alert allowance. Enterprise becomes relevant when you need higher limits, but the published tier descriptions give no numerical quota or reset period. Check the Alerts page’s bottom-left panel for your current notification rate limits and usage.

Arkham also documents webhook delivery. Its Enterprise FAQ does not specify which tiers include webhooks. Each alert links directly to its transaction on Arkham.

What the latency improvement means

In Announcing Arkham Enterprise, published October 20, 2026, Arkham reported reducing alert latency by approximately 80% on most supported chains. That percentage measures improvement over earlier performance; it does not establish a fixed email or Telegram delivery time.

When a saved trial alert stops sending messages

Consider a hypothetical user who creates an email alert during the 14-day Enterprise trial. After expiry, the alert remains on the account, but the user receives no further notifications from it.
